A brief introduction to my blog. I started this blog to document and review all the tasty alcohol elixir that has so wonderfully graced my palette. Not so much to convey all the subtle nuances and other bullshit notes some alcohol reviews do, but more as a record for myself of what I have drank. I tend to forget over time the individual bottle here and there or the online cocktail recipe I attempted late one night. Here I will provide a picture and a brief review with a rating system of 1 to 5, 5 being the best and obviously created by the Gods themselves for their own enjoyment.
